Are you a people-focused HR professional who enjoys partnering with business leaders and driving positive workplace initiatives? We are looking for a Human Resource Business Partner to support business objectives through strategic HR partnership, employee engagement, talent acquisition, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Partner with business leaders to deliver HR solutions that support operational and organisational goals. Implement and administer HR policies, procedures, and initiatives while ensuring consistent and fair application across the organisation. Provide HR guidance and support to managers on employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and people development. Build strong working relationships with employees and management to foster a positive and collaborative workplace culture. Lead and manage employee relations matters, including conducting workplace investigations, resolving concerns, and maintaining appropriate documentation. Support recruitment activities to attract and onboard suitable talent. Identify opportunities to enhance HR processes, employee engagement, and organisational effectiveness. Collaborate with regional and corporate HR teams to drive HR initiatives and continuous improvement projects. Contribute to strategic workforce planning and support the development of site HR strategies. Undertake additional HR projects and responsibilities as assigned. Requirements: Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline from a recognised institution. At least 2 years of relevant Human Resources experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships. Good leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities. Able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
