As an Executive Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in delivering end-to-end recruitment solutions while building lasting partnerships with clients and candidates across diverse industries. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, offer management, and successful placements. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand hiring needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions. Proactively identify, engage, and attract quality candidates through various sourcing channels, networking, and market research. Develop effective sourcing strategies to build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements. Conduct interviews and candidate assessments to evaluate experience, skills, and overall suitability. Provide consultative advice to clients on hiring trends, talent availability, and recruitment best practices. Deliver an exceptional candidate experience by maintaining clear and timely communication throughout the hiring process. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to continuously improve recruitment processes and sourcing strategies. Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activities using internal systems and recruitment platforms. Stay informed of industry developments and market trends to provide valuable recruitment insights. What We're Looking For: Degree or Diploma in any discipline. Relevant experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, executive search, sales, business development, or a client-facing role is advantageous. Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and driven to achieve goals. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities. Comfortable working in a dynamic, collaborative, and performance-driven environment.
