8.30am - 6pm/ 9am - 6.30pm (Mon - Fri) Responsibilities Provide logistic and administrative support, assist with event registration and crowd control. Perform general administrative duties not limited to: Tracking and upkeeping calendar of events Provide different reporting and tracking including collation of vacancies, documents tracking, budget tracking, claims document verification and tracking on a daily or monthly basis Perform data entry, collation of data, preparation of letters, printing, scanning, filing, receipts/deliveries of documents and materials from partners.
