💰 Salary: Up to $10,000/month x 13 months + Variable Bonus We're looking for an experienced Compensation & Benefits Manager to join a well-established organization. This is an excellent opportunity for HR professionals who are passionate about driving C&B strategies and partnering with stakeholders to enhance employee rewards and benefits. 🌟 Key Responsibilities Review and enhance Compensation & Benefits (C&B) policies, structures and processes. Design, develop and implement C&B programmes in collaboration with key stakeholders. Review monthly payroll before submission to the outsourced payroll vendor. Lead annual salary benchmarking, salary review and budget exercises. Manage employee benefits, company insurance renewal and vendor relationships. Handle insurance, medical and WICA claims. Coordinate statutory claims including CPF, NS, maternity, childcare leave and final settlements. Serve as the HRIS key user for Leave, Payroll Portal (Prosoft) and SAP Personnel Data. Manage performance appraisal processes and employee data changes. Support incentive schemes, tax clearance, audits and MOM statutory surveys. Review and update HR policies and employee handbook. Engage internal stakeholders and support HR projects assigned by the HR Director.
