About this role
Job description o Dispense medications accurately and ensure safe pharmaceutical care. o Review prescriptions for accuracy and appropriateness. o Provide medication counselling and educate patients on the proper use of medications. o Deliver outpatient pharmacy services and support medication management. o Respond to medication-related enquiries from patients and healthcare professionals. o Provide drug information and promote the safe and effective use of medicines. o Maintain accurate pharmacy records and documentation. o Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations, policies, and safety standards.
