Job Scope: Manage full-cycle recruitment Support employee onboarding, offboarding, and staff integration programmes. Manage HR operations including payroll, benefits administration, employee records, and HR documentation. Support performance management, training coordination, and staff development initiatives. Handle employee relations matters, including staff enquiries, grievances, and disciplinary processes. Maintain staff certification records and support manpower compliance. Prepare HR reports and analytics on headcount, recruitment, turnover, training, and manpower trends. Support HR projects and process improvement initiatives. Requirements Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines. Minimum 5 years of HR Generalist / HR Operations experience.
