• Support and administer employee lifecycle processes in compliance with employment regulations and company policies. • Coordinate onboarding activities, including employment documentation, background screenings, and employee record creation. • Manage employee movement transactions such as transfers, contract conversions, re-employment, and offboarding. • Process work pass applications, renewals, and related employment administration where required. • Maintain accurate employee data and ensure proper filing and storage of personnel records. • Support regulatory and compliance-related employee administration activities. • Respond to employee and stakeholder enquiries in a timely and professional manner. • Assist with employment verification and reference check processes. • Participate in HR projects and perform other HR operational duties as assigned.
