Key Responsibilities Handle claims-related enquiries and requests via email within service turnaround timelines. Process and route claim submissions to the relevant team for assessment. Respond to customers and representatives on claim-related matters in a professional and timely manner. Support follow-up calls to explain claim outcomes when required. Manage appeals, feedback, and complaints, escalating complex cases where appropriate. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Assist with ad-hoc projects and administrative duties as assigned.
