Key Responsibilities: As a senior in the team, you will be tasked with the technical revamp and migration of the existing in-house Applicant Tracking System (ATS), as well as the support and maintenance of the existing system. You will be tasked with change and enhancement requests to the existing system to suit ever-changing business needs. You are required to work extensively on the technical revamp using key technologies like Vue3 & TypeScript, as well as .NET 10. You may be required to work with integration of 3rd party technologies with the in-house system, e.g. DocuSign/HelloSign for e-signatures, SMS providers for API-driven SMS messages, CV parsing providers for real-time content conversions, SG MyInfo data extraction, etc. You may be required to work extensively with MS SQL Server using Entity Framework and .NET 4.8 via ASP.NET MVC 5 & AngularJS framework for maintaining the existing system. You may be tasked with creation & maintenance of system reports as well as data-extraction and support-related work. You may be tasked to support the internal Finance team regarding integration of data between the ATS and SAP B1. You will be given opportunities to interact and liaise with regional internal users as well as provide presentations (of new features/enhancements) & conduct training sessions. Through the course of work, you can learn how the recruitment industry works across the APAC region. You will be expected to explore and experiment with the latest AI technologies in innovative ways to improve business process workflow. You will be expected to keep the new system updated with the latest technologies during its development lifecycle to reduce technical debt. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Product Management, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in product management or product development, preferably in web services or software products. Proven experience in working on the full product lifecycle from concept to launch. Strong technical understanding of web services, APIs, cloud platforms, and digital solutions. Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed product decisions. Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams. Experience with .NET Core & RESTful API design is a bonus. Experience working with frontend technologies like VueJS, React or Angular.
