Join a global shipping company and be part of a close-knit finance team! 📍 Location: Shenton Way (Near Tanjong Pagar MRT) 📅 Contract Duration: Immediate start until 30 June 2027 💰 Salary: S$4,500 – S$4,800/month 🎁 Completion Bonus: 1 month's salary upon successful completion of the contract (subject to terms) Key Responsibilities Manage non-trade invoices and staff claims, including invoice routing via DocuSign and payment processing. Prepare supporting schedules for GL journals and review accounting entries. Perform month-end balance sheet reconciliations and maintain schedules. Prepare bi-weekly SGD cash flow projections. Handle quarterly GST return preparation and submission. Support annual audit activities, including audit confirmations. Assist with personal and corporate tax administration. Review lease accounting and related postings for expatriate apartments. Administer GIRO payments and finance documentation. Coordinate loan facility documentation and other finance-related administrative matters. Liaise with outsourced accounting service providers to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
