Contract Role | Healthcare | Customer Service & Administration We are hiring Contract Patient Service / Clinic Assistants to support various healthcare organisations. This is a great opportunity for individuals with strong customer service skills who enjoy interacting with patients and are interested in building experience within the healthcare sector. Job Responsibilities Attend to patients' enquiries and provide professional frontline customer service Register patients and schedule appointments using relevant systems Handle payment collection, billing and general administrative duties Assist patients with navigating healthcare services and facilities Support doctors and clinic staff with daily operations where required Maintain accurate patient records and perform data entry and documentation Requirements GCE N/O Levels or equivalent Prior customer service, administrative or healthcare experience is an advantage Good communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable interacting with patients and members of the public Proficient in basic computer applications Organised, service-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks Working Hours 5–5.5 days per week, depending on assignment Office hours / rostered shifts may apply Weekend duties may be required for certain assignments Why Join Us?
