Sales Engineer (Entry Level) #Hjo

Job Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers. Identify business opportunities and generate new sales leads within assigned markets. Understand customers' technical requirements and recommend suitable products and engineering solutions. Prepare quotations, proposals, and technical presentations for customers. Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical consultation throughout the sales cycle. Coordinate with internal engineering, operations, and customer service teams to ensure successful project execution. Follow up on quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales opportunities. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities. Provide after-sales support and maintain long-term customer relationships. Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and activity reports. Participate in exhibitions, product launches, customer visits, and industry events. Perform other duties assigned by management. Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline. Good technical aptitude with the ability to understand engineering products and solutions. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
