About this role
Job description: Accurately process prescriptions and dispense medications to patients in accordance with doctors’ instructions and established pharmacy procedures. Support Medication Delivery Service (MDS) and PILBOX services to facilitate convenient and timely medication collection for patients. Provide tele-dispensing support where applicable, ensuring safe and efficient medication supply processes. Assist with video consultations and medication reconciliation activities to support continuity of care and enhance patient experience. Work closely with healthcare teams to ensure smooth pharmacy operations and delivery of quality patient care.
