📢 HR Manager / Senior Manager (C&B & Payroll) 📍 Location: Asia Square, Singapore 💰 Salary: Up to S$7,000 ✅ Employment Type: Permanent MIN Degree holder (Mandatory) Strong experience in Compensation & Benefits (C&B) and Payroll Strong numerical skills with advanced Excel proficiency Hands-on experience using Workday (updating employee records and staff movements) Experience managing outsourced payroll, leave administration and employee insurance vendors Comfortable working in a lean HR team supporting a headcount of less than 100 employees Key Responsibilities Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding and HR operations. Independently oversee monthly payroll, leave administration and annual tax filing with outsourced payroll vendors. Liaise with external vendors for payroll, medical insurance and employee benefits administration. Lead annual reviews and renewals for payroll and medical insurance providers, including vendor evaluation and rate negotiations. Ensure compliance with MAS Outsourcing Guidelines and Head Office requirements. Review and update HR policies and procedures in line with market best practices. Partner with hiring managers on end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, offer management and salary negotiations. Maintain employee records and update staff information and training records in Workday . Prepare HR reports for Head Office and regulatory submissions. Coordinate employee training and monitor regulatory training requirements. Organise employee engagement and social activities. Support HR projects and other ad-hoc initiatives as assigned.
