Order Management Specialist (After Sales Marketing) 📍 Location: Tanjong Pagar 🕘 Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9.00am – 5.45pm 💼 Employment Type: Permanent (Office Hours) 💰 Salary: Min Degree : $3,550 1 year relevant experience: Up to $3,800 2 years relevant experience: Up to $4,200 Job Responsibilities Manage service parts and accessories orders across Asia Pacific and overseas markets. Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely order fulfilment. Respond to enquiries from distributors and provide order support. Coordinate with suppliers and freight forwarders on shipment arrangements. Prepare and verify shipping documents (e.g. Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading) to ensure smooth customs clearance. Handle warranty claims, short/mispacking cases, and logistics quality issues. Process supplier and customer invoice payments using SAP. Prepare monthly KPI and operational reports.
