Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination. Develop proactive sourcing strategies using job portals, professional networks, social media, referrals, and talent databases. Identify and engage high-calibre candidates while building a strong talent pipeline for current and future opportunities. Conduct candidate interviews and assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and suitability for client requirements. Prepare compelling job advertisements and manage postings across various recruitment platforms. Provide clients with market insights, talent trends, and recruitment advisory services. Deliver an outstanding candidate experience through timely communication and professional guidance. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to develop effective recruitment strategies and achieve business objectives. Support business development initiatives by identifying new opportunities and fostering long-term client partnerships. Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure recruitment activities are completed efficiently. Requirements Diploma, Degree, or GCE A-Level qualification. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting relationships. A proactive, resilient, and results-driven mindset. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team. Interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, sales, or business development.
