About this role
• Issue monthly and quarterly billings and manage OPEX settlements • Prepare receipts vouchers for incoming funds, refunds, and journal entries • Update accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances • Maintain balance sheet schedules and coordinate with internal teams on unbilled items • Prepare and retrieve financial and operational reports for analysis and reconciliation • Perform regular posting of accounting entries into financial systems • Assist in audit preparation and provide supporting documents during year-end audits • Review and verify agency disbursement accounts and related financial records • Support finance reporting, reconciliation, and compliance activities • Perform ad-hoc accounting and administrative duties as assigned Interested applicants may email resume to kellychooi@recruitexpress.com.sg Chooi Kelly (CEI Registration No: R25136207) Recruit Express Pte Ltd (EA: 99C4599) We regret only shortlisted candidates will be contacted
