Coordinate and arrange various business meetings and discussion sessions with internal and external stakeholders for the project. Liaise with other RC staff for requirement gathering and finalizing business requirements. Assist in planning and performing user acceptance testing (UAT) for the various AI Use Cases Support business users in process change management with implementation of the AI solution. Assist in preparation and review of relevant documentation for the project. Assist in proper maintenance of key artefacts and documents for the project. Assist in tracking of project activities/milestones, budget, risk issues and ensure any potential delay. Where needed, assist in any post-implementation data preparation for the data migration exercise for the project. Assist on any other ad-hoc tasks and activities, where requested. Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risk and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks. Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies Highlights any potential concerns/ risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.
