Handles recruitment matters such as job posting, conducting interview, preparation of employment contract and onboarding Maintain and update of employees personal files Manages foreign workers matters such as work pass matters: applications, renewals, cancellation, etc. and accommodation matters Monitor and process contract renewals and/or conversion Handle staff training schedule and liaise with trainers regarding availability to conduct classes.
