About this role
Location: Kallang Sector Duration: 6 months contract Working Hours: 42 hours per week (5.5. working days - alternate saturday) Salary: Up to $3000 + 0.5 month completion bonus Job Responsibilities: Manage customer’s enquiries from our digital platform (Webforms & Chats) and ensure customer enquiries are resolved to achieve customer satisfaction. Deliver appropriate solutions and alternatives within stipulated timelines to meet service KPIs. Address a wide range of customer issues including high consumption, bill presentation, account opening/termination, and bill adjustments. Payment arrangement (dunning block, instalment plan, payment deferment etc.) Support other operational tasks and assignments as required to ensure smooth team functioning.
