We are looking for a proactive Human Resource Business Partner to support business objectives by delivering strategic HR solutions and fostering strong employee engagement. Key Responsibilities Partner with business leaders and management teams to provide strategic HR support aligned with organizational goals. Implement and administer HR policies, processes, and initiatives while ensuring consistent application across the organization. Advise managers on employee relations matters, performance management, workplace policies, and HR best practices. Build and maintain positive employee relations by providing guidance, resolving workplace concerns, and conducting investigations when required. Support recruitment initiatives and workforce planning to meet evolving business needs. Deliver coaching and HR advisory services to managers to strengthen leadership capabilities and people management practices. Collaborate with HR teams across the organization to develop and implement effective people-focused solutions. Contribute to HR strategy, organizational planning, and continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant employment practices. Participate in HR projects and perform additional responsibilities as assigned. Requirements Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline. At least 2 years of relevant Human Resources experience. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build effective working relationships. Good leadership and stakeholder management abilities. Able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team. Proficient in managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
