Responsibilities Ensure complaints are managed expeditiously to enhance overall efficiency and improve overall patient experience Provide sound recommendations to internal stakeholders and addressing patient’s feedback confidently to achieve an amicable resolution Establish regular communication channels to ensure all involved parties are informed throughout the investigation process Ensure that the information gathered is comprehensive, relevant, and accurate, minimising the need for rework Ensure the administrative work and co-ordination of the family conference between stakeholders and patients are well-managed.
