Key Responsibilities Serve as a trusted HR partner to business leaders, providing strategic HR guidance and support across the employee lifecycle. Implement and administer HR policies, programs, and initiatives that align with organizational goals and promote a positive employee experience. Lead employee relations matters, including investigations, conflict resolution, grievance management, and workplace engagement initiatives. Partner closely with managers to provide coaching and advice on performance management, talent development, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness. Drive recruitment and talent acquisition activities to attract and retain top talent. Promote a collaborative and inclusive work environment through the consistent application of HR best practices and policies. Identify opportunities to enhance HR processes, improve employee engagement, and support overall business performance. Collaborate with regional and corporate HR stakeholders to implement strategic people initiatives and organizational development programs. Contribute to workforce planning, HR strategy development, and key business initiatives as a valued member of the management team. Support ad-hoc HR projects and other responsibilities as assigned. Requirements Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline. At least 2 years of relevant Human Resources experience. Strong knowledge of employee relations, HR policies, and people management practices. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to build strong working relationships across all levels of the organization. Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.…
