Job Responsibilities: Lead and support infection prevention and control initiatives across the organisation Monitor infection control practices and ensure compliance with healthcare guidelines and standards Conduct surveillance, audits, and investigations related to infection prevention and control Develop, review, and implement infection control policies, procedures, and protocols Provide education and training to healthcare staff on infection prevention practices Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient safety and reduce infection risks Monitor and analyse infection control data and prepare reports for management review Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives Support audits, accreditation activities, and regulatory compliance requirements Serve as a resource person on infection control matters within the organisation Perform other duties and projects as assigned Requirements: Registered Nurse with valid Singapore Nursing Board registration Relevant experience in infection control or clinical nursing environment Advanced certification or training in Infection Control is an advantage Strong knowledge of infection prevention guidelines and healthcare regulations Good analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities Interested candidates are invited to email your resume to: jen.ooi@recruitexpress.com.sg Jenalyn Ooi Huai Sian (R1765551) Recruit Express Pte Ltd | Company Reg.
