About this role
📍 Location: Marina One Position: Procurement Associate (Permanent) Salary: Up to S$5,000 Responsibilities Manage end-to-end daily procurement operations by raising purchase orders based on stakeholder requisitions while ensuring compliance with procurement policies. Source, negotiate and obtain competitive quotations from suppliers, balancing cost, quality and delivery timelines. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support business procurement needs. Coordinate delivery logistics for external purchases and internally managed hardware shipments across APAC. Proactively monitor shipment progress and resolve logistics or delivery issues. Ensure all purchased goods and services comply with company standards, procurement policies and relevant legal/regulatory requirements. Partner with Finance and suppliers to ensure timely invoice processing and resolve billing discrepancies. Support the APAC Procurement Manager on regional and global procurement initiatives. Prepare procurement reports and provide support for ad-hoc projects.
