We are hiring admin assistant to be outsourced to our clients Job responsibilities: Coordinate unit handover and key collection appointments with purchasers or their authorised representatives. Prepare and disseminate daily appointment schedules to relevant stakeholders. Liaise with internal departments and external parties to facilitate smooth handover processes. Perform general administrative and coordination duties.
