Job responsibilities Carry out quality control and compliance procedures. Conduct outreach activities. Conduct programmes. Develop informative materials Guide volunteers in executing programme activities. Identify areas of improvements in programmes. Manage communications and feedback from stakeholders. Plan the manpower roster for programmes. Support the review and development of programmes based on client needs. Work with other organisations to execute programmes Prepare reports (Internal and External).
