About this role

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Senior Executive / Assistant Manager, Patient & Community Relations to support patient experience and service excellence across multiple primary care locations. The successful candidate will manage patient feedback, coordinate service recovery efforts, drive service improvement initiatives, and work closely with internal stakeholders to enhance the overall patient experience. Key Responsibilities Manage patient feedback and related matters, including investigations, service recovery, follow-up with relevant stakeholders, preparation of written responses, and accurate documentation for reporting. Engage patients to gather feedback for service improvement and support service recovery initiatives. Coordinate and facilitate patient focus group sessions to identify opportunities for enhancing service delivery. Prepare reports, analyse patient feedback trends, and compile monthly reports on compliments and feedback for management and relevant departments. Build and maintain positive working relationships with patients, caregivers, healthcare professionals, and colleagues. Develop and contribute articles for internal newsletters to share service excellence initiatives and best practices. Plan and execute patient engagement and service improvement campaigns across multiple locations. Identify opportunities to improve service processes and support the implementation of improvement initiatives. Perform other duties as assigned by the reporting manager. Requirements Bachelor's degree in any discipline. At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in the healthcare, hospitality, customer service, or service-related industry.
