Key Responsibilities Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collection procedures. Prepare patients for blood collection and explain procedures clearly. Label, process, and handle specimens according to standard procedures. Ensure proper documentation and data entry of samples collected. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of work areas and equipment. Follow safety, infection control, and workplace protocols at all times. Support daily operational tasks as assigned. Requirements Certificate or training in Phlebotomy or related healthcare discipline. Prior experience in blood collection is preferred. Good interpersonal skills with a patient-focused approach. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Comfortable with basic computer systems and documentation. Knowledge of safety and hygiene practices is an advantage.
