Raffles Place 6 Months Contract (extendable) Responsibilities Treasury Product & Business Support Support day-to-day activities relating to Structured Products, FX, Equities, and Treasury-related initiatives. Assist in the preparation of product papers, management reports, business presentations, and performance dashboards. Conduct market and competitor research on treasury products, digital wealth solutions, and industry best practices. Support product launches, campaigns, and strategic initiatives across the Treasury business. Process Improvement & Change Management Review existing workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce manual intervention, and strengthen controls. Drive automation initiatives and support implementation of new systems, tools, and enhancements. Actively challenge existing processes and recommend practical solutions to improve customer and staff experience. Data Analytics & Reporting Develop and maintain management reports and dashboards. Analyse business and operational data to generate actionable insights. Support management decision-making through data-driven recommendations. Project& Stakeholder Management Coordinate with internal stakeholders across Treasury, Operations, Technology, Compliance, and Risk. Support project planning, execution, testing, and post-implementation reviews. Track project milestones, action items, and deliverables. Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and change implementation activities. Requirements Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Treasury, Wealth Management, Capital Markets, Investment Products, or Banking Operations.
