We are hiring under Recruit Express headcount and details of this position are: Job Title: Desktop Support Engineer (No experience needed, Central, up to $3800) Key Responsibilities Provide on-site IT support for end-users, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues Support desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and standard enterprise applications (e.g., Microsoft 365) Manage user accounts, access control, and permissions in line with security policies Perform incident management and service request fulfilment within defined SLAs Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for escalations and issue resolution Assist in IT asset management, inventory tracking, and lifecycle management Support basic network troubleshooting, connectivity issues, and meeting room AV setups Participate in system upgrades, rollout activities, and maintenance tasks Ensure adherence to client IT policies, compliance, and security standards Maintain proper documentation of issues, resolutions, and procedures Experience Bachelor's Degree in IT related field. 0-1 year of relevant IT support experience in an enterprise environment.
