Location: Raffles City / Jewel Working Hours: Regular retail shifts + weekends Salary: Up to $3200 + Commissions Job Responsibilities: Supervise the daily operations of the retail store to ensure smooth store operations. Lead and motivate the retail team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service. Assist customers with product recommendations and enquiries. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment. Ensure visual merchandising and store displays are maintained according to brand standards. Handle cashiering, opening and closing of the store. Train and guide retail associates where required. Maintain store cleanliness and ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.
