Jobs Responsibilities • Partner with the Benefits team to review existing processes, identify operational pain points and recommend suitable improvement opportunities. • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to design, test and implement workflow automation, bots and AI enabled solutions. • Support User Acceptance Testing for system enhancements and changes arising from upcoming MAS regulatory reporting requirements. • Track the effectiveness of automation initiatives, including productivity savings, reduction in manual effort and improvements in turnaround time. • Prepare and maintain process documentation, procedures, guidelines and training materials to support business continuity. • Provide operational support for employee wellness activities, vendor coordination and other Benefits related projects.
