Job Responsibilities: Source and engage candidates through job portals and other channels Screen resumes and assess candidate's suitability for each position Conduct initial interviews and provide structured assessments Coordinate and schedule interviews between shortlisted candidates and hiring managers Assist in onboarding new hires and managing contract documentation Support day-to-day team operations, including correspondence and scheduling What do you gain?
