Drive impactful storytelling, branding, and awareness campaigns. Create engaging content including speeches, newsletters, presentations, articles, publicity materials, and social media content. Support leadership communications, media opportunities, and thought leadership initiatives. Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements based on insights. 🤝 Stakeholder Engagement & Partnerships Partner with internal teams, healthcare professionals, community organisations, and external stakeholders. Plan and coordinate engagement initiatives, campaigns, forums, and events. Develop communication materials to strengthen partnerships and programme awareness. ❤️ Patient Experience Develop patient-facing communication materials and educational resources. Work closely with operational and clinical teams to enhance patient engagement. Share impactful patient success stories and programme outcomes. 🚀 Project & Programme Management Manage multiple communications projects, vendors, timelines, and deliverables. Support communications planning for new healthcare initiatives and service expansion.
