Liaise with internal teams and clients to obtain required documentation and resolve KYC queries. Monitor onboarding progress and follow up on outstanding items. Identify and escalate potential compliance or AML-related issues. Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation. Support process improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
