We are hiring an Sales Performance & Sales Incentives Analyst to be outsourced to our client. Responsibilities: Calculate sales incentives for Wealth & Retail Banking employees accurately and on time. Support annual incentive planning through sales trend analysis, scenario simulations and cost-income analysis. Handle enquiries from the sales team and provide timely resolutions. Identify operational risks and recommend process improvements. Maintain and update process documentation to ensure audit compliance. Support daily operations of the Sales Performance & Sales Incentive team. Perform data validation, data preparation and feature engineering for raw datasets. Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) when required. Min 1–2 years of experience in Sales Incentive or Sales Performance functions within a financial institution. Knowledge of SQL will be an added advantage.
