Responsibilities: Support the calculation and administration of sales incentive payouts. Analyze sales performance data, prepare reports, and assist with data validation. Respond to queries from internal stakeholders regarding incentive calculations. Support operational processes, documentation updates, and user testing when required. Assist in identifying process improvements and ensuring accurate data management. Requirements: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales performance, sales incentives, finance, or data analysis within the financial services industry. Proficient in Microsoft Excel; SQL knowledge is an advantage. Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Able to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
