Location: Kent Ridge Duration: 3-years contract (renewable) Salary: Up to $4000 Job Responsibilities: Perform day-to-day operational tasks related to the administration of the SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) and other grants managed by the Unit as a Grant Business Partner. Liaise with relevant units, SSG and other grant agencies as needed on policy/process changes, documentation and reporting requirements. Provide strong administrative support for grant claims and disbursement. Manage queries from units regarding grant processes and compliance. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all grant-related documentation. Support grant audit activities by preparing necessary documentation and reports. Assist in streamlining processes for greater efficiency and compliance. Job Requirements: Minimum Degree with 1-2 years of related working experience.
