Our Client is an established Insurance firm Working days and Hours: Mon-Fri 830am-5pm Key Responsibilities Deliver excellent customer service across multiple channels, including hotline, email, and walk-in enquiries. Handle policy enquiries, service requests, complaints, and feedback from customers and financial advisors. Support customers in using the company's online portals and mobile application. Manage outbound calls for customer follow-ups and service-related matters. Resolve escalated cases from junior team members and outsourced contact centre partners. Ensure all enquiries and requests are completed within service standards and regulatory requirements. Maintain compliance with internal policies, procedures, and relevant regulations. Support departmental projects, process improvements, and administrative duties as assigned.
