Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours Occasional weekend work is required to support community events. Salary: Up to $4,500 per month About the Role We are seeking a proactive and organised Executive, Resident/Patient Outreach and Engagement to support the planning and execution of community outreach programmes and patient engagement initiatives. Reporting to the Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in coordinating events, managing administrative processes, and ensuring the smooth delivery of engagement activities within the healthcare community. Key Responsibilities Community Outreach & Event Management Support the planning and execution of community outreach programmes and engagement events, including pre-event preparation, on-site event operations, and post-event follow-up. Coordinate event logistics, manpower arrangements, and operational requirements with internal stakeholders. Provide on-site support during community events, including occasional weekend deployments. Administration & Reporting Consolidate event data and prepare monthly post-event reports. Maintain and update the monthly events calendar for the Health Together webpage. Coordinate meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and maintain project documentation. Provide administrative and operational support for outreach initiatives and other ad hoc projects. Requirements Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Communications, Event Management, or a related discipline. Strong organisational, coordination, and multitasking skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Meticulous, proactive, and able to work independently in a dynamic environment. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Prior experience in event coordination, operations, healthcare administration, community engagement, or administrative support will be an advantage. Willing to support occasional weekend community outreach events when required.
