Responsibilities: Assist doctors during consultation sessions and support basic examination procedures Record and update patients’ information accurately in clinical records and relevant forms Perform basic patient care activities such as eye evaluation tests, eye drop instillation, and provide guidance on basic eye care practices Assist patients with enquiries regarding payment schemes and clinic processes Manage patient registration, appointment scheduling, queue systems, and record retrieval Handle billing enquiries, cashiering duties, and front counter operations Prepare clinic reports and support daily administrative activities Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and internal teams to address patient-related matters Support clinic opening and closing procedures when required Requirements: Minimum N/O/A Levels or Diploma in any discipline No prior experience required; structured training and guidance will be provided Able to commit for a minimum of 3 months Available to commence work immediately or within a short notice period Strong communication skills with a patient-focused mindset Interested in building experience within the healthcare industry Interested candidates are welcome to send your updated resume to healthcaretemps@recruitexpress.com.sg (Attn: Patient Services Associate) Thank You.
