Location: Tai Seng Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 8am - 530pm Salary: Up to $6500 Job Responsibilities: Develop, validate, and maintain special process procedures (e.g., heat treatment, surface treatment, coatings, welding, brazing) Perform process capability studies and continuous improvement initiatives Ensure compliance with aerospace standards and customer requirements (NADCAP, AS9100, FAA/EASA) Assist the Manager in day-to-day process monitoring and production requirement Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned Job Requirements: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in an Aerospace or Manufacturing environment Must have special process experience e.g. welding, heat treatment, surface finishing, chemical processing, painting & coating, etc Ally (Kubota Ayako) CEI Reg.
