About this role
We are hiring an HR Business Partner to be outsourced to our client. Responsibilities: Partner with business leaders to drive HR strategies, workforce planning, talent management, employee engagement, and organisational effectiveness. Provide HR advisory on recruitment, performance management, rewards, employee relations, policy interpretation, and Employment Act compliance. Collaborate with HR Shared Services and Centres of Excellence to deliver HR initiatives and support change management projects. Support manpower planning, budget planning, employee development, and other strategic HR initiatives. Min Degree with at least 5 years of HR experience in HR Business Partnering with good knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and labour laws.
