Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Source and engage quality candidates through job portals, professional networks, recruitment agencies, educational institutions, and other talent channels. Prepare and post compelling job advertisements to attract suitable candidates. Screen resumes, conduct interviews, assess candidate suitability, and coordinate interview processes with stakeholders. Perform reference checks and evaluate candidates against job requirements to ensure the best hiring outcomes. Coordinate interview logistics and provide a seamless recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring managers. Support onboarding and relocation arrangements where required. Monitor recruitment trends and recommend improvements to enhance employer branding, hiring processes, and candidate attraction strategies. Ensure recruitment activities comply with relevant employment guidelines and internal policies. Participate in HR projects, talent initiatives, and continuous process improvements. Maintain accurate recruitment records and prepare reports as required. Requirements Diploma or Degree from a recognized tertiary institution. Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and SAP.
