🏥6 Months Analyst, Group Claims (Maternity Cover) 📍 Location: Marina One 💰 Salary: Up to $3,810/month + 0.5 Month Bonus 📅 Duration: 6 Months (Maternity Cover) Job Responsibilities Assess and process local & overseas medical and non-medical claims within policy terms and turnaround timelines. Review and approve Pre-Authorisation / Letter of Guarantee (LOG) requests. Liaise with policyholders, hospitals, clinics, medical providers, intermediaries, and internal stakeholders to obtain claim information and resolve enquiries. Handle claims payment follow-ups, including unsuccessful bank transfers, CPF failures, refunds, and reprocessing of claims. Prepare claim settlement letters, maintain claims documentation, and update Statements of Accounts. Follow up on hospital billing enquiries and outstanding receivables, including overpayment refunds. Prepare reports, meeting minutes, daily claims statistics, and trend analysis. Support finance-related claims activities such as refunds, receipt voucher cancellations, and cheque cancellations. Participate in claims system enhancements, process improvement initiatives, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Identify potential fraud or claim inconsistencies and escalate where necessary.
