Finance Executive - Medical (1 Year) - Central/Up To $4.5K #Hao

Salary: up to $4500 Duration: 1 year Working Days & Hours: Mon-Fri Office Hours Location: Marymount Job Description: • Provide frontline Patient Service & backend administrative Finance operations support. • Manage patient registration, admission and discharge processes in accordance with the hospice policies and service standards. • Donation & Receipt Administration, issue receipts and recording into system. • Manage patient’s medical record storage. • Generate patient invoices and ensure generated billing reports by the Patient Billing system is accurate. • Ensure timely and accurate submission of MediShield & Medisave claims via CPF portal and perform monthly reconciliation of claims against actual receipts. • Generate and mail letter to NOK for settlement of any outstanding amounts not covered by MediShield Life and Medisave. • Generate & issue dunning/reminders letters for any overdue balances. • Liaise with internal departments for flow of all relevant documents to Finance to ensure completeness in billing.
