Location: Queenstown Salary: $11- $12/ hr Duration: October 2026 to April 2027 Working hours: One weekday & Sunday off Monday to Saturday: AM Shift: 830am to 530pm, PM Shift: 11am to 8pm Job Scope: Provide bedside financial counselling to patients and next-of-kin on hospital charges, subsidies, payment options, and financial assistance schemes. Manage admissions, billing enquiries, payment collection, deposits, and transaction reconciliation while ensuring compliance with hospital policies. Advise patients on national healthcare forms, process submissions to relevant authorities, maintain accurate SAP records, and ensure complete documentation and follow-up throughout the patient's admission journey. Job Requirements: Min.
