Account & Finance Assistant Manager (1 Year Contract) (Up To $6K) #Nkc

Manage the full set of accounts and oversee month-end closing activities. Maintain accurate general ledger records and perform balance sheet reconciliations. Prepare cash flow forecasts and monitor working capital, including accounts receivable and payable. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc financial reports for management. Support the preparation of annual budgets and monitor budget versus actual performance. Coordinate with external auditors and prepare audit schedules and supporting documents. Prepare statutory financial statements in compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS). Prepare and submit GST returns and coordinate corporate tax matters with external tax agents. Support ACRA compliance, Annual Returns, statutory records, and AGM documentation. Assist in the setup of new entities, including accounting systems, bank accounts, budgeting, and GST registration. Drive process improvements and support finance system enhancements. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on finance and compliance matters.
