Location: Queenstown Duration: Sep 2026 to Jan 2027 Salary: Up to $12/ hr Working hours: Monday to Sunday, including Public Holidays (24hours/7days) - 3 shifts Job Scope: Coordinate bed management operations by overseeing patient admissions, transfers, and bed allocation to optimise hospital capacity and patient flow. Manage ambulance transfers, liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors, monitor utilisation, and prepare operational reports. Support emergency response activation, including Code Blue coordination and testing. Handle administrative enquiries, maintain patient confidentiality in compliance with PDPA, contribute to process improvements, and support departmental projects and operational excellence. Job Requirements: Min.
